By attending Joe Bob's Haunted Drive-In, I and my passengers and attendees (herein, "We") of Joe Bob's Haunted Drive-In agree that we have read, acknowledged, and accepted these terms, along with the rules and terms listed on joebobshaunteddrivein.com.
We agree that Joe Bob's Haunted Drive-In reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone and that my ticket and admission may be revoked for any reason at any time.
We agree not to touch, approach, harass and use foul language against any agent or employee of Black Vortex Cinema or its event location landlords, agents, or employees. we agree not to run, drink alcohol, smoke, or use any illegal drugs while in attendance of Joe Bob's Haunted Drive-In events.
We agree to follow any and all event rules and regulations, along with the laws and regulations of the county of the event, and agree to not attending if we are sick or have any symptoms of Covid-19 or any other airborne infectious disease. We agree to wear face coverings if outside our vehicle, or inside our vehicle with the windows rolled down. We agree to stay 6' away from other people.
By attending Joe Bob's Haunted Drive-in, We agree, understand, and acknowledge the public risks of exposure to Covid-19, its derivatives and causes and any other infectious diseases, and agree to forever waive and hold harmless Black Vortex Cinema, it's parent corporations, subsidiaries, agents, employees, partners, landlord and their employees, partners, parent corporations, and subsidiaries and agree to forever discharge Black Vortex Cinema from any and all liability and waive our right to sue all for any passive or active negligence of Black Vortex Cinema, it's parent corporations, subsidiaries, agents, employees, partners, landlord and their employees, partners, parent corporations, and subsidiaries for any potential exposure due to our entirely voluntary visit and participation in Joe Bob's Haunted Drive-in.
These terms shall be enforceable in perpetuity and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Special guests are subject to cancel at any time.
Autograph sessions will be socially distanced and there will be no photo ops with cast. Autograph sessions are limited by time constraints so arrive early for the best chances of obtaining one. Cast appearances are subject to schedule changes and cancellations.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed. In the event of a venue change, tickets will be good for the new location and available for a credit or refund if needed, minus a $.99 cent processing fee. In the event of an event cancellation, ticket fees will be fully refunded.
